Commercial Litigation Lawyer (Workplace Relations/Work Health Safety) ABOUT THE ROLE A leading mid-tier Melbourne-based law firm is seeking a skilled lawyer to join its Commercial Litigation team, with a specific focus on a balanced workload split between Workplace Relations and Work Health Safety (WHS).Working closely with an experienced Principal, you will engage with a diverse range of clients, including government departments, independent schools, large construction firms, supermarket chains, and businesses within the oil and gas, transport, manufacturing, and logistics sectors, both in Australia and overseas.The role will involve not only advising on legal issues but also proactively addressing health and safety challenges unique to each client's operational environment.You will have the opportunity to assist clients in achieving compliance with WHS laws, and contribute to safety improvements from employee-level training to executive and board-level guidance.ABOUT YOU You will have: Up to 5 years PAE in the commercial litigation space A genuine passion for Workplace Relations and Work Health Safety (WHS) Strong analytical and communication skills A proactive approach to solving client challenges Experience working across diverse industries (government, construction, retail, transport, oil and gas, etc.)Attention to detail and ability to manage complex legal matters A collaborative mindset and a desire to contribute to a high-performing team #J-18808-Ljbffr
