Job Title: Change & Training Manager
The Financial Crimes Services (FCS) is a key capability that disrupts financial crime and delivers on our regulatory obligations to protect our customers and community.
This role will join the FC OCM team, which supports the execution of the Group's Financial Crime Compliance strategic initiatives. The team works in partnership with Crews and business stakeholders to simplify changes for our people and customers.
Role Overview
As the Change & Training Manager, you will lead and develop training needs and designs, develop collaterals and delivery of training programs for the Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) Crew.
You will work in a highly regulated and fast-paced environment to support and drive the training and change approach and delivery to ensure training and change interventions are effective and sustained.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and design face-to-face and digital learning tools including learning materials, eLearning, video, infographics, audio podcasts, animation, communication materials, and HTML content.
- Maintain currency in relation to evolving learning content and practices to ensure learning resources are contemporary and fit for purpose.
- Communicate and liaise with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and/or key project team members in the development of learning solutions for impacted teams.
- Review, refine, and adjust learning content, materials, and resources based on quality assurance and SME feedback.
- Support the capability and learning solution end-to-end, including needs analysis, design, and solution concept, implementation, evaluation, and ongoing enhancement.
Requirements
- Experience setting training strategy, conducting learning needs analysis, and change impact assessments to evaluate the scope of change, business readiness, and potential risks with an advanced risk mindset.
- Ability to integrate the training plan and approach into project plans in collaboration with the CLM Crew across pace and agile methodologies.
This role is a 12-month secondment.
