About the Opportunity:Reporting into the Principal Cloud Engineer, the Solution Designer will have a strong background in design, integration & API development – you will play a role in clarifying requirements, designing solutions ensuring they align to security standards. Additional responsibilities include:Gather and document information on external systems to understand their capabilities and limitationsDesign solutions on AWS that are aligned with the organisation's target state and architectural principlesWork closely with various technical and non-technical stakeholders to clarify and understand the business requirementsCreate and modify API specifications as needed to support the integration and functionality of systemsIdentify and evaluate suitable integration patterns that will work seamlessly with existing and new systemsAdvise potential dependencies and risks associated with the proposed solutions.About You:You will be joining a team dedicated to delivering resilient, reliable and scalable solutions that support the wider organisation and our over 2 million customers. To be successful in this role you will need some of the following experience:Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems or formal training through a focused, reputable provider (eg.
