The Company:
This value driven organisation is characterised by a strong Vision and Mission.
The team strive to make an impact supporting health services across Australia. The company's payroll project is nearing a go-live date and requires a critical review and update of the data prior to implementation. The company is based in North-West Sydney and works in the office a minimum of 3 days a week.
The Role:
This role's responsibilities include the following:
- Validate all employee leave balances and ensure they are recorded accurately
- Review of numerous awards and EBA's in a very complicated and complex payroll environment
- 3-Way review of employee contracts, payroll system data and EBA's/awards to ensure prior recording of leave was completed accurately
- Liaise with lawyers to confirm data
- Part of payroll committee, including executive C-Suite team
- Calculation of correct leave balances in Excel dependent on award
Who You Are:
- Strong experience in a complex payroll environment with numerous EBA's, awards, allowances etc, ideally with 600+ staff
- Expert understanding of payroll legislation and technical understanding of EBA's, awards and employee contracts
- Immediately available
- Enjoy forensic data analysis (audit type work) and cleaning up a messy payroll data set
