In the newly created role of Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming Suncare's care delivery by driving strategic workforce and service delivery changes, ensuring compliance with evolving aged care regulations, and fostering a culture of innovation in community and in-home care.
You will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of change initiatives and enjoy working collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure successful and sustainable adoption of new systems, processes, and cultural shifts, minimising resistance and maximising engagement.
This opportunity is available on a permanent full-time basis (Monday to Friday), with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements that include working at our Suncare Maroochydore office and from home.
More about the role Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will:
Conduct change impact and readiness assessments, developing action plans to address gaps.Collaborate with project teams to seamlessly integrate change management activities into project plans for alignment and consistency.Analyse effects of proposed changes on business processes, care delivery models and compliance frameworks, developing risk mitigation strategies.Develop and execute change management strategies to support new processes and technologies.Lead the implementation of transformation initiatives, ensuring adoption of care management systems, workforce rostering technology, and My Aged Care compliance tools.Establish success criteria for change initiatives, tracking progress through metrics and feedback, and conduct post-implementation reviews.Engage, manage and mentor stakeholders, addressing their needs and fostering strong relationships.Communicate with frontline staff and leadership to ensure understanding and buy-in for change initiatives.Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support change initiatives and enhance stakeholder skills.What you will bring to our team In addition to your strong experience as a Change Manager (or similar role) and demonstrated track record in delivering large-scale transformation change projects, preferably within aged care, disability, or community services, you will possess:
A tertiary qualification in business administration, organisational development, change management, or a related field.Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.A collaborative spirit that builds trusted relationships and works effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency with current and emerging technologies relevant to workforce and care service transformation.Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing task requirements enthusiastically and positively.And desirable is a professional certification in change management (e.g. Prosci, ACMP).What we offer At Suncare our people really are our greatest asset.
