You will complete a Certificate III Business over 12 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience with Zeal Futures and our host employer, Hunter Water.
Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to:
Provide administrative support to the specific departments, ensuring high attention to detail Assist with enquiries and requests from both internal and external customers Provide assistance with projects and research, drafting documents and correspondence Administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, processing and registration of documentation. General office duties such as data input, calendar management, email/phone correspondence and assisting with meetings Carry out other duties that are within the limits of trainee skills, competence and ability as required What you'll bring to the table… To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following selection criteria:
Commitment to both on and off the job training. Show enthusiasm in building your administrative skills Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work productively in a team and contribute to team goals Willingness to learn, follow instructions and manage workload priorities.
