Position Overview:We are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to become a key member of our client's Recording Platform Support team. In this role, you will apply your technical skills to maintain and enhance the Recording and Transcription platform, ensuring accurate recording and secure storage. The division is currently experiencing a significant transformation, offering a unique opportunity to get involved in this process. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and provide support for the Recording and Transcription Platform. Manage recording servers, portable kits, and recording hardware. Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues within established service levels. Configure and monitor ICT environments for optimal reliability and availability. Contribute to operational projects and enhance procedures for continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills: Strong experience in Microsoft platform administration and Azure infrastructure. Background in IT application support within critical service environments. Familiarity with ITIL processes, incident management, and principles of continuous improvement. Knowledge of court procedures and recording applications is a plus.
