The Shoreline is seeking Graduate Registered Nurses looking for a twelve-month learning opportunity where they will be nurtured by our team of experienced nurses in the field of Aged Care. About The Role: Through The Shoreline New Graduate Aged Care RN Program, graduate RNs will develop their skills in assessment, critical thinking, analysis, decision making and leadership. Over twelve months, the program covers a robust suite of themes essential for any nurse in both general nursing and aged care specifically. It will outline the broad variety of career pathways and specialisations available to nurses in aged care, with ability for a second-year specialty to grad option. You will possess an intuitive responsiveness to individual wants and needs, whilst maintaining calm, composed and optimistic when faced with stressful or high pressure situations. To be considered for this role you will need the following skills and attributes: Recent graduate of Bachelor of Nursing Registered Nurse with current or impending registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Commitment to ongoing professional development Police check clearance Ability to work a variety of shifts Up-to-date vaccination as required by legislation or industry best practice from time to time.
