PENRITE OIL is a leading Australian owned manufacturer and distributor of high performance oils to the Automotive Industry servicing commercial, retail and workshop channels for almost 100 years.
We are currently seeking a customer service superstar with a degree of technical knowledge of the automotive industry to join our current well-established, fantastic Technical team. Reporting to the National Sales Support & Technical Manager, this full time office-based role, working Monday to Friday, requires you to take customer enquiries via email, chat line and phone relating to the Penrite range of products and applications.
This position requires flexibility as the incumbent will on occasion work some evenings and weekends attending Penrite events and trade nights.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A passion for the automotive industry with basic understanding of lubricant products and their applications
* Professional phone manner with sound verbal and written communication skills
* A customer-centric approach to problem solving and offering the right solution
* A team player who loves motorsports
* Sound computer skills required
The successful candidate will have sound product and technical knowledge of the automotive industry. You may be looking to get off the tools or move out of the automotive product retail space where you can utilise your mechanical and/or technical knowledge to assist customers and offer solutions for their oil needs.
