As a Workforce Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing workforce data, forecasting staffing needs and developing strategic plans to optimise workforce efficiency.
You will leverage Adaptive Planning technology to ensure accurate and dynamic workforce planning, aligning with the bank's operational goals.
The Workforce Planning Analyst role will support the implementation of the Workday Adaptive Planning tool by analysing, manipulating, and uploading data, as well as reviewing and analysing reports.
Additionally, the role will assist the Workforce Planning Team in providing resource management services using the SNOW PPM Resource Management module.
This role supports effective resource capacity, demand, and utilisation management to meet the evolving needs of BOQ Group's project portfolio.
The Workforce Planning Analyst will become a SME in Workday Adaptive Planning and the integration feeds to Workday.
About you Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Scirnce Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferable Strong analytical capabilities and interest in applying technology systems for commercial solutions Have the ability to consult and collaborate with varying levels of stakeholders Advanced MS Excel skills.
Any experience with Resource Management tools such as PPM, Workday desirable.
