Salary: £28k with a £30k OTEThe role of Team Leader is responsible for staff training, development, and overall profitability of the car rental station.The Sales Executives will be selling car rental to holiday makers, local businesses, and the public. If the client has a car already booked online, you need to get the sales team to upgrade and add on extras for the car rental.Upgrades include luxury cars, bigger cars, offer better insurance than already booked, offer child/baby seats, and up sell satellite navigation.Main responsibilities:Service based sales managementStaff training, development, coaching and corrective actionSales and financial reportingStaff performance management and team building to achieve sales objectivesMaximise incremental sales through effective training and staff developmentWork closely with management and department leadersKey Skills/Experience Needed:Experience in management of direct customer contactAbility to exercise sound judgment and make prudent decisionsExcellent communication skills with ability to build rapport across the organisation with peers, staff and management, both written and verbalStrong team-oriented leadership skills and proven track record in a management roleAbility to attract, evaluate, coach, and advance staff to create an effective teamWorking knowledge Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Power Point.
