We deliver innovative and flexible services to empower people to thrive and live a great life, and we are committed to a philosophy that respects the rights of individuals to make informed choices about their lives.About the roleThis position is responsible for managing the administrative tasks related to the Pathways programs ensuring smooth operations and accurate record-keeping and supporting participants and staff.Responsibilities include:Accurately monitor, update and construct employee/participant rostersMonitor, adjust and respond to participant changes and employee availability in a prompt and accurate mannerCoordinate the Pathways daily activity schedule by pairing Skill Development Coaches to participants based on compatibility to achieve participant goalsCross-reference check fortnightly time sheets using Noah face ensuring time sheets are correct and leave forms and supporting documentation is provided if requiredComplete daily participant attendance sheetsCoordinate daily bus runs for pick up and drop off of participants and for daily out of centre activitiesProvide supervision, coaching, mentoring and support for Skill Development Coaches to ensure quality and individualised support is provided to participantsGeneral administration duties, monitor and action emails, answer phone calls in a timely manner and greet participants/customers as part of a frontline roleAbout youWe are looking for someone who is passionate and experienced working with people with disabilities, has strong attention to detail, a proven ability to adapt quickly to a constantly changing environment, and possesses high-level interpersonal skills with the ability to establish positive working relationships with participants, families and team members.
