About The Role
The Field Officer role offers support and guidance to apprentices and trainees, assisting with training completion and improving retention and completion rates. We provide the necessary tools, including a vehicle, laptop, and mobile phone. Visiting host employers and apprentices/trainees is an essential part of the job, ideal for those who enjoy connecting and engaging with local businesses and apprentices.
Key Responsibilities
* Building and managing a caseload of apprentices and trainees
* Establishing networks with key industry groups, local businesses, state and local government organisations, schools, job networks, and RTO providers
* Contributing to procedure establishment, process implementation, and activities ensuring efficient operation of field services in the GTO
* Completing documentation for host business vacancies, quotes, contracts, etc.
* Performance management of apprentices and trainees
About You
We seek candidates with previous experience in similar roles or understanding of Group Training Organisations (GTOs). Strong account management, relationship building skills, and proven customer service experience are essential. Backgrounds in Employment Services, Labour Hire, Human Resources, Trade, Sales, or similar industries are preferred but not necessary.

* Willingness to undertake a 'Fit2Work' Police Check
