Occasional out of hours work may be required.Requirements Overview:Infrastructure Engineers implement, manage and retire the infrastructure (including physical, virtual, networking and cloud infrastructure) that supports digital services.Key duties and responsibilities:The Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for managing and resolving complex technical incidents and problems within the ICT environment, as well as providing technical advice. The ideal candidates will have experience with both on premises and cloud technology and will work across teams with other technicians in network, storage, platforms, backups or unified communications. Having skills or experience across these areas will be highly advantageous.
