About the Position As a Safety & Environmental Administrative Assistant, you will support the safety and environment teams by managing documentation, assisting with compliance reports, and helping maintain safety standards across various project sites. Key Responsibilities Include Assist project safety and environmental teams with administrative tasks. Maintain up-to-date safety records and reports. Collate safety records from sites and enter them into the central database. Serve as a reliable point of contact for site personnel. Liaise with vendors to ensure licensing, insurance, and worker registration requirements are met. Ensure all safety-related documents are filed properly and remain accessible. Assist in preparing compliance reports and safety audits. Track and report on key safety metrics and performance indicators. Maintain and track employee safety training records to ensure up-to-date certifications. Skills and Experience Required Experience in administrative support, preferably in safety or environmental fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with SAP experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
