Our client is a well-established Commercial Real Estate agency, with a brand that has stood the test of time. They are currently seeking an Assistant Commercial Property Manager to join their business which is growing from strength to strength.
The Position
* Assisting the Head of Department with the day-to-day management of the portfolio.
* Portfolio of Industrial / Office Properties, with long-standing owners and established tenants.
* Management and execution of property and leasing services including liaison with landlords, tenants, and buyers.
* Carrying out inspections, marketing, and listing of all new properties.
* Invoicing and budgeting for the portfolio.
* Reporting and managing of all contracts and renewals.
* Full training, support, and development to progress into managing your own small portfolio when ready.
The Criteria
* Ideally, at least 2 + years of "PROPERTY MANAGEMENT" experience - either working in Residential or Commercial.
* Current Real Estate Registration.
* You will be self-motivated and passionate about delivering a high level of service to each of your clients.
* Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
* Strong computer skills (extensive knowledge in Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel).
* Experience with Cirrus8 HIGHLY Advantageous.
