Haynes are currently seeking a Frontline Service Officer for one of our valued clients located in Moranbah, Queensland.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Deliver high level of customer service and library focused functions through Council’s Community Hubs
* Responding to and actioning phone enquiries and channeling to relevant departments
* Processing and receipting Council and third-party payments and documentation
* Accurate end of day balancing of registers and floats
* Facilitate internal and external facility bookings
* Undertake library resource loans, reference queries and library management systems
On Offer:
* Casual ongoing employment basis
* Monday to Friday roster
* Rotating Roster Week 1 – 8:30am to 1pm, Week 2 - 12pm to 5pm
* $38.47-$42.23per hour (experience dependant)
Mandatory Requirements:
* Australian Open Drivers Licence + reliable vehicle
* Current Blue Card (working with children check) or ability to obtain
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
