ASQA supports and promotes a strong team culture, a safe, healthy and happy workplace and the sharing of knowledge.About the TeamThe Internal Review and Appeals Team has responsibility for undertaking statutory reviews of primary decisions to ensure that ASQA’s decisions support the integrity of the national qualifications issued by training providers, and to ensure that all stakeholders can have confidence in the decisions made by ASQA. The Team also manages cases that are in dispute in the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART). The legislative framework under which the Team operates largely comprises the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 (the NVR Act) and the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS Act).About the OpportunityWe are seeking a Legal Officer, who will be a pivotal part of a cross functional team managing appeals filed in the ART.
