About the Opportunity As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing, assembling, and delivering meals to patients while adhering to Food Safe and HACCP guidelines.
You'll assist with stock rotation, receiving deliveries, and ensuring all food items meet strict dietary requirements.
Your role will also involve cleaning duties, collecting and washing used dishes, and following infection control policies.
Working closely with supervisors and the wider team, you'll help maintain a smooth and efficient food service operation while contributing to hospital quality improvement and safety initiatives.
We're looking for team players with experience in food preparation, plating, and safe food handling.
You should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of cleaning practices, and knowledge of manual handling procedures.
The ability to work independently while contributing to a team is essential.
Our Food Service Attendants work morning and afternoon shifts, Monday to Sunday.
