Position Overview: We are looking for experienced Corporate Travel Consultants to join our dynamic team at Verve Travel Management. Opportunities are available in VIP corporate consulting, group consulting, and Serko implementations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of corporate travel management, proficiency in a GDS, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert corporate travel advice and itinerary planning for our valued clients. Utilise the GDS (SABRE preferred) to book flights, accommodation, car hire, and ancillary services. Understand the need to assist clients with travel policy compliance and cost-saving strategies. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their travel needs are met. Stay updated on industry trends and provide accurate guidance. Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and client satisfaction. Promote a culture of kindness, respect, and general well-being among all stakeholders. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant. Proficiency in a GDS (SABRE preferred) Proficiency in mid-office system (preferably Tramada) A strong understanding of OBT’s Strong knowledge of corporate travel policies and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-centric approach with a commitment to exceeding client expectations. Team-oriented mindset with genuine care for the success of colleagues.
