Our game is for everyone, and we strive to be a workplace for everyone.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are encouraged to apply.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Workforce Planning Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Workforce Planning Team with the coordination and administration of the casual workforce, and delivering workforce planning initiatives within the Marvel Stadium Operations department.Experienced in casual workforce coordination and the Deputy workforce management platform, the successful candidate will be a specialist in rostering, recruitment, training and engagement of large-scale workforce.Reporting to the Workforce Planning Manager, this role provides an exciting opportunity for a seasoned casual workforce planning coordinator to make an impact in a major events and sporting environment.We're seeking a pragmatic and dynamic individual who's comfortable rolling up their sleeves and has a proven track record of seamlessly shifting from hands-on support of workforce on event day to focusing on high volume administration and reporting.
