About the Role
As a Settlement / Contracts Variation Officer, you’ll play a key role in managing agreements, handling variations, and liaising with clients to ensure a seamless process. This position offers a blend of client-facing interaction and independent, detailed work within a structured environment that values quality outcomes and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Agreement Management: Construct and maintain Master Lease Agreements, process novated finance leases, and prepare initial tax invoices and direct debit notifications for new contracts.
* Financial Documentation: Review and interpret clients' financial reports, submit applications for credit, and manage settlement documentation.
* Client Liaison: Provide clear, empathetic communication, especially in handling contract terminations or adjustments due to personal circumstances.
* Variation Processing: Identify and implement variations in lease agreements, adjust original quotes as needed, and coordinate with payroll and salary packaging providers.
* Support Services: Assist with urgent administrative tasks as needed, authorize service and maintenance calls, and respond promptly to client email inquiries.
