Responsibilities
* Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Access Industries' services, impact, and fundraising efforts.
* Create and manage content across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activities with fundraising and strategic goals.
* Analyse marketing performance and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Support donor and stakeholder engagement through targeted communication strategies.
* Coordinate the production of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution.
* Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors as needed.
* Assist in event promotion and engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field and/or a minimum of 5+ years relevant experience in marketing and communications
* Proven work experience creating captivating content across various formats, including written, visual, and multimedia, tailored for high-end audiences
* Experience working with WordPress and DMS/CMS such as HubSpot and SupporterHub
* Shown capability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with colleagues from different departments
* Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to manage multi-channel campaigns through to post campaign analysis
* Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for various marketing materials, not dependent on AI
* Demonstrated experience in using data and analytics to measure marketing effectiveness.
