THE ROLE: Reporting to the State Sales Manager you will be responsible for growing our clients portfolio of products and building market share with buying groups and independent retailers across across Sydney and regional NSW areas Some of your responsibilities will include (but not limited to) - Maintain and build long lasting relationships with key accounts - Identify new product and customer opportunities - Assist with training retail staff to drive sales growth - Market analysis and sales reporting ABOUT YOU: Our ideal candidate is a customer centric relationship builder who has proven sales experience with ei Continuether building or floor covering products or experience selling into retail chains, franchises or buying groups in addition to the following: - Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills - Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders - Experience in creating and delivering sales presentations - Sales experience within flooring highly desirable THE PERKS: - Base salary of circa $80K + Super (flexible subject to experience) + Bonus - Fully Maintained Company Vehicle - Laptop, phone and company credit card - Generous Sales Incentive Program with monthly and yearly award incentives on top of bonus structure If you are ready to take the next step in your sales career with a company that truly recognises that hard work and great results should be rewarded then please click APPLY NOW.
