With support from the IT Commercial Solutions team, you will play a key role in understanding business cases, gathering detailed requirements, and collaborating with developers to design and develop solutions that meet customer needs. Your focus will be on ensuring the successful implementation and utilisation of IT digital solutions within Holcim Australia and New Zealand.Key Responsibilities:Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering: Analyse business cases, gather detailed requirements, and translate them into actionable specifications for IT solutions. This includes conducting user interviews, workshops, and document analysis to understand business processes and pain points.Solution Design and Development: Collaborate with developers to design and develop IT solutions that meet the identified requirements. This involves providing clear and concise specifications, participating in design reviews, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Play a critical role in the UAT process, ensuring that solutions meet user expectations and are ready for deployment. This includes developing test cases, conducting testing sessions, and documenting results.Solution Support and Training: Provide ongoing support for existing IT solutions, including delivery management, implementation coordination, change management, design, support, and training for Holcim Australia and New Zealand business functions and its community.Value Maximization: Ensure the business maximises value from the IT solution portfolio by identifying opportunities for improvement and optimisation.About You:Tertiary qualifications in computer science, finance, business engineering or a related discipline with an IT/Business focus desirablePrevious experience in a similar roleExperience in managing, implementing and coordinating IT business projectsAbility to communicate openly and effectively with business units, IT and external partnersAbility to prioritise work to meet competing deadlinesFlexibility to support and work across various IT disciplines and knowledge areas as requiredHolcim people are passionate about finding better ways to build.
