Key Responsibilities:Data Recovery:Remove hard drives from computers and use data recovery software to retrieve files.Coordinate advanced data recovery tasks with third-party providers.On-Site Technical Support:Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for residential clients.Provide friendly and professional on-site support.Remote & Telephone Support:Assist clients via phone and remote control software.Hardware Repairs:Perform hardware replacements and repairs, including:Laptop screen and battery replacementiMac refurbishmentLaptop fan replacementSoftware Troubleshooting:Thorough understanding of Microsoft Windows and Office suite.Diagnose and resolve software-related issues.Email Troubleshooting:Set up and manage email accounts (POP, IMAP, Exchange).Network Troubleshooting:Configure modem routers and manage TCP/IP networking.Workshop Diagnosis:Assess in-workshop jobs, provide cost estimates, and communicate with clients.CRM & Billing:Use the company’s CRM system to document jobs, manage billing, and maintain records.Ensure timely billing and payment requests.Customer Follow-Up:Gather feedback by contacting clients after job completion to ensure satisfaction.
