Key Responsibilities
* Providing high-quality governance services to one of Australia's largest financial services organisations.
* Preparing and filing corporate filings, maintaining corporate registers, and other statutory records.
* Supporting the preparation and filing of ASX announcements and offshore exchange announcements.
* Advising on CBA's governance policies and procedures and compliance issues to assist directors and management in the discharge of their duties.
* Undertaking periodic review of these policies/procedures.
* Developing and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships by being a trusted and valued adviser.
A minimum of five years' experience in a governance role, a combined governance and legal role or a private practice legal role specialising in advising on governance matters is required.
Demonstrated knowledge of best practice governance and statutory requirements including sound knowledge of the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules, and prudential regulation is essential.
