Centre Manager
The Centre Manager will play a pivotal role in translating Native Title agreements into vehicles of self-determination for First Nations landowners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership and Governance: Support the Centre Director in developing and implementing the Centre's strategic direction and mission.
* Operational Excellence: Oversee the Centre's general operations, ensuring efficient processes and high-standard service delivery.
* Team Management and Development: Lead and inspire a diverse team, promoting a positive culture to achieve service excellence.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Develop collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders within the Centre, Faculty, University, and community.
* Resource Management: Implement and manage the Centre's business planning and budgeting process in alignment with Faculty and University processes.

This role sits within the Faculty of Business and Economics' Strategy Planning and Resources team at the University of Melbourne and is a critical member of The Mabo Centre.
