About the Role The Delivery Lead - Suncorp Bank will work closely with the Head of Suncorp Bank Migration and other Delivery Leads to plan for and deliver customer outcomes. You will manage prioritisation at the Portfolio level, drive high performance, and coordinate interdependencies between Squads. The role is accountable for the delivery of highly complex changes, which requires significant, coordinated work across Products, Technology, Servicing, Migration Comms, Employee Comms, Legal, Data, Finance, and Risk, in our legacy Retail business and in ANZ Plus.Banking is changing and we're changing with it, giving our people great opportunities to try new things, learn, and grow. The role is accountable for:Prioritisation - maintaining the Portfolio Backlog and effectively prioritising the allocation of resources to ensure effective and efficient delivery of change related to initiatives and business outcomes.Product Owners - defining business requirements for effective delivery of strategic initiatives.Matrix Delivery Plans - effectively prioritising the delivery of Suncorp Bank Migration work throughout the portfolio.Journey Experts - effectively delivering change throughout the Bank in alignment with the agreed priorities. What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Experienced Leader with solid experience in project delivery, governance, and change management, leading highly complex, multi-matrix delivery models with strong partner delivery capability.Experience with Business Change programmes, project management disciplines, continuous improvement, and agile methodologies.Analytical, strong ability to influence without direct authority, and demonstrated learning agility to digest complex and large information sets to draw insights, conclusions, and actions.Curious and constantly exploring innovations and industry/environmental changes. Comfortable making change and experimenting with new approaches.Comfortable to 'roll up the sleeves' and work hands-on, collaboratively with passion and energy as a key member of a fast-paced team.Commercially savvy with an ability to manage, track, and forecast returns on investment.Love taking on new challenges and driving outcomes in a planned and structured way.Appropriate university degree supported by strong experience in practical application of knowledge in the banking/financial industry.Fostering a safe and trusting environment where conflicts can be navigated in a healthy way and a 'speak up' culture is celebrated.Drive continuous improvement by coaching them through iteration and test and learn cycles.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
