You will have basic knowledge of contracts and be a highly motivated individual with outstanding written and verbal skills. You will have strong time management skills, exceptional focus on details and a great work ethic. Key Responsibilities
Draft and review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
Liaise between parties regarding contract development and negotiations regarding terms and conditions, and revise changes as required.
Recognise potential risks and recommend suitable strategies for mitigating those risks in contracts.
Track and report on contract performance, and ensure compliance with contractual agreement and reporting on any variations.
Effectively manage and pursue resolutions for any contract-related disputes or conflicts.
Collect and Manage all contract documentation ensuring it is accurate and up to date.
Establish contract management system, sort out, file and keep contracts under classification.
