The Role
As a successful Call Centre Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to:
* Taking inbound and outbound phone calls and managing email inboxes
* Providing excellent customer service as well as solutions to complaints
* Updating the CRM database systsem accurately and efficiently
* Prioritising and completing urgent requests accordingly
* Ensure minimum KPI standards are met
* Hours: Rotating Roster (must be available to work between 7:00am and 6:30pm) - 38 hours per week
* Salary: $62k + super + incentives
* Location: Ermington
You
As a successful Call Centre Representative, you will offer:
* Previous experience working in a fast paced call centre environment
* Ability to resolve conflicts in an empathetic and efficient manner
* Experience meeting and exceeding KPIs
* Flexibility to work on a rotating roster
