This role is based in Cairns at a prominent retail centre and involves providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the Centre Management team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service or administrative roles, particularly within the property or retail industries, and a strong ability to handle a dynamic work environment. Key Duties & Responsibilities Deliver professional and courteous customer service, including managing enquiries and phone calls. Support the efficient operation of the Centre Management office by overseeing supplies, lost property, and equipment maintenance. Assist with tenant liaison, lease administration, and invoicing processes. Maintain tenant databases, including sales, insurance, and lease records. Coordinate contractor activities, including inductions and permit management. Support compliance with risk and safety requirements, ensuring a safe environment for all. Undertake administrative tasks, such as minute-taking, travel bookings, and reporting. The Ideal Candidate Will Have Strong organisational and prioritisation skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in computer applications, with intermediate Excel skills preferred. A professional, efficient, and well-presented demeanour. The ability to multitask and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
