Client Details Adecco is seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator administrators to work part time for a dynamic and exciting role with one of our highly respected and pioneering clients. Description Oversee and coordinate maintenance tasks for multiple sites, including repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance. Working two days per week (negotiable days) from 8am to 4pm Travel to Brisbane and Gold Coast to undertake property maintenance assessment. Perform a detailed inspection, determine, and where applicable, undertake the tasks/work if required. Ensure all malfunctions are rectified quickly, that the tasks are signed off when completed, and relevant information is recorded. Liaise with the Property Maintenance Officer to organise the schedule for routine servicing and repairs to ensure smooth operations. Complete administrative duties as required, including data entry, booking appointments, and preparing relevant documentation. Profile Prior experience in a similar Maintenance Coordinator based role Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in coordinating property maintenance works. Great communication skills (verbal & written). Strong organisational and time management skills.
