Job Title: Account ManagerReports to: Head of GrowthLocation: SydneyJob Overview: The Account Manager will manage Drive Mate key hosts, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth. The role involves building strong relationships with hosts, understanding their mobility needs, and ensuring the efficient operation and use of the car-sharing platform. The Account Manager will also contribute to sales strategies and collaborate with various teams to ensure service excellence is provided to the hosts.Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for fleet hosts using the car share service. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hosts. Understand our hosts' needs and provide tailored solutions to enable them to run successful car share businesses. Account Growth & Development: Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services within existing accounts. Work closely with the host acquisition and host experience team. Deliver business proposals and presentations as required. Sell and bring on board new fleet hosts. Customer Support & Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. Assist hosts with a smooth onboarding process. Reporting & Performance Analysis: Track and provide regular performance analysis to hosts on their fleet. Analyse usage trends and local data to suggest improvements to optimise the car share service. Collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to address customer feedback and improve the overall service Drive Mate provides. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with customer operations and host experience teams to ensure smooth service delivery and develop solutions for improvement. Work with the product team to implement enhancements or changes based on host feedback. Support marketing efforts by participating in client workshops, trade shows, and webinars. - Experience: 2-5 years of experience in account management, customer relations, or sales, with experience in the transportation, digital marketplace, car rental, or car-sharing industry being a significant benefit.- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written & verbal).- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve host concerns quickly.- Project Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Host satisfaction ratings. Account growth. Upselling success and revenue growth per account. Resolution time for customer issues. Key Skills & Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree ideally or relevant experience. Work Environment: This position will require travel to meet with hosts regularly and attend events as required.
