This business operates across 2 sites - their corporate office at Sydney Olympic Park, and manufacturing facility at Smeaton Grange. You'll travel between these sites, enjoying flexibility whilst working 5 days on site. As the People & Culture Manager, you'll work closely with senior leadership and report directly to the CEO. You will be responsible for fostering a strong culture, implementing HR best practices, and ensuring a high level of employee engagement across the business. Your key responsibilities span: - Bringing the company values to life, enhance employee engagement, and serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership. - Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, HR policies, and employee data. - Conduct surveys, analyse insights, and create an exceptional employee experience. - Oversee compensation, benefits, employee recognition, and HR budget planning. - Strengthen capabilities at all levels through customized training and career development programs. - Maintain workplace health and safety, ensure compliance, and implement risk mitigation strategies. - Implementing and maintaining a new HRIS As an experienced People & Culture Manager with a passion for fostering thriving workplaces and high-performing teams.
