Overview
We are a renowned fine dining restaurant in Perth, seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for modern Indian cuisine and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and implement menus that showcase authentic Indian recipes
* Estimate food and labor costs, ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen
* Collaborate with the Director, Restaurant Manager, and staff to develop events and functions that meet customer expectations
* Organize and prepare meals, including Indian, Chinese, and specialty items
* Train and mentor kitchen staff on cooking techniques and procedures
* Enforce workplace hygiene and safety protocols
* Maintain kitchen equipment, stock inventory, and order supplies as needed

Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior chef role
* Strong knowledge of modern Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Experience with menu planning, cost estimation, and kitchen management
