The role…
In this vital role, you’ll be the backbone of their IT infrastructure, providing top-tier support (L2/L3) and ensuring their systems run smoothly and efficiently. From planning and implementing to maintaining and upgrading, you’ll be their go-to expert for all things IT.
What You'll Do…
1. Report Creation: Design and maintain SSRS and Power BI reports and dashboards, leveraging data from multiple sources.
2. Monitor and Maintain: Keep their information systems (applications and databases) running at peak performance and reliability.
3. Manage Cloud Services: Oversee Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, SharePoint, Intune, and Purview, ensuring everything is secure and compliant.
4. Drive Projects: Contribute to project plans and documentation, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to standard.
5. SQL Administration: Manage SQL databases for optimal performance, security, and availability.
6. Customer Support: Provide level 2 support for our internal customers, solving their IT challenges with ease.
7. Disaster Recovery: Ensure backup and recovery processes are robust and aligned with our IT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan.
8. Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain technical and end-user documentation, providing training where necessary.
