Responsibilities
1. Deliver personalized support services that cater to individual needs.
2. Model positive traits such as personal responsibility, self-advocacy, and hopefulness, inspiring others through your actions and attitude.
3. Connect consumers with vital community resources, empowering them to take control of their lives.
4. Participate in crucial meetings and collaborate with colleagues to develop effective programs.
5. Work closely with fellow team members to maintain a safe and clean living environment, ensuring the well-being of everyone involved.
6. Respond to calls, receive and distribute mail, and monitor surveillance equipment where necessary, contributing to a seamless operation.
As an advocate for the recovery model, you will promote a trauma-informed approach, emphasizing hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectedness.
Qualifications
1. You must be at least 21 years old.
2. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
3. Personal experience with recovery and a willingness to share it with others are essential.
4. Demonstrated skills in human services and working with adults are highly valued.
5. You should be able to work effectively within our organizational structure.
6. Ability to accept supervision and guidance is necessary.
7. Your ability to build strong relationships with consumers, treatment providers, and the community is crucial.
8. You must possess a valid driver's license, private auto insurance, and be insurable.
9. Familiarity with basic computer skills, including MS Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and electronic medical records, is necessary.

The starting salary for this position is between $17.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on factors such as job qualifications, local market conditions, and internal equity.
