About the Role
The Marketing Executive will support the regional marketing manager to implement strategy and projects on a local level. This person will utilise data to understand the local customer and drive community engagement as well as create tailored marketing campaigns. The Marketing Executive will engage with retail partners to understand their needs from a branding perspective and implement activations across the centre for retail and seasonal events. This person will work closely with digital teams to execute digital signage in venue to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This role is highly autonomous, with a strong support network within the centre, but the opporutnity to oversee the centre's marketing budget and all in-centre activities.
About You
To be considered for this role, you must have a strong understanding of on-premise marketing within retail, hospitality or similar environments. You must have had experience supporting marketing projects that drive footfall and have experience working on shopper activations or event marketing. You will be able to manage stakeholder relationships and show enthusiasm for nurturing customer relationships and improving customer journeys. This role will support across a busy centre, so you must have demonstrated your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
