As the Finance Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager of LiquaForce, with a dotted line report to the Chief Financial Officer of RLF AgTech. You will oversee the financial and administrative functions of the operations, supported by an Administrative Officer. This role is not your typical finance management position; it combines financial expertise with operational insights. Any financial experience covering operations, logistics or ASX reporting will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities: Ensure the smooth running of all financial and administrative functions Collaborate closely with operations to provide financial support and guidance Develop, monitor, and forecast budgets Conduct financial analysis and reporting, leveraging advanced Excel skills Manage administrative tasks and office operations Work collaboratively with the RLF office on ASX financial compliance requirements Processing of a small payroll and first line support for HR queries (assistance available) Drive continuous improvement initiatives within financial and administrative systems Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or significant relevant experience Strong management accounting and financial management skills Proven experience in budget development, monitoring, and forecasting Advanced Excel skills and strong financial analysis capabilities Excellent administrative and office management skills Strong numeracy skills with meticulous attention to detail Understanding of HR and payroll functions Highly organized with excellent time management skills Collaborative mindset with a passion for supporting operations and head office Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Valid C Class QLD Driver's License and willingness to travel to Ingham if needed What We Offer: Competitive salary and opportunities for professional development Career advancement in a growing company A supportive and talented team The chance to work closely with operations and influence business growth Beautiful locations to live and work Relocation assistance available if needed This role is full time Monday to Friday, based at the Mackay site, with occasional travel to the Ingham site.
