Key Responsibilities:
In this pivotal role, you'll be the right hand to the management team while ensuring financial records are accurate and current. You'll:
Manage the daily operations of the executive office, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organising travel.Take complete ownership of bookkeeping responsibilities, from invoicing and payroll to bank reconciliations and BAS reporting.Prepare financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Liaise with key stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and external accountants, acting as the point of contact for all administrative and financial matters.Keep our documentation organised and updated, assisting with general office management tasks.Why You'll Love Working With Them:
