The role Reporting to the Head of Scientific Communication and Training, this role is responsible (with supervision) for all aspects of scientific communications for assigned products, including coordination of the global medical education strategy, planning and execution to ensure awareness of key data and key messages for Avène products to internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities Plan & devise the local Scientific Communication strategy, focus & matrix with department head, considering the specificities of the Dermo-Cosmetic concept.Define the scientific and medical product information as well as key messages to be detailed and presented to multi-channel Health Care Professionals, allowing for maximum understanding of this concept, as well as handling technical and scientific questions.Create, develop and consolidate scientific communication materials for QRVI review prior to distribution for the local marketResponsible of the development for Pierre Fabre Scientific Programs (Eczema Atopy Schools, Dermaweb, ALL Study, Avene & Cancer).Develops on and offline medical communication contents in line with brand priorities.Participates and supports all teams and departments on their scientific and technical needs.Work closely with marketing to (i) support the Pierre Fabre Australia teams as well as the staff of the distribution network (Pharmacists); (ii) ensure their best level of brands / products knowledge.
(iii) manage full size stock and sample forecast for clinics, product specialists, eventsMaintain strong relationships with KOL Dermatologists and Pharmacists, face to face (or virtually online) and deliver adapted information for physicians and their nursing staff.
(Follow Priority 1 and 2 Clinic KOLS – 20hrs per week)Develop training / education events for HCPs.Preparing booth, materials for KOL needs, surveys, Participate in scientific events (Trade shows such as ASM conferences, seminars, KOL round tables, workshops etc.

promoting the Avene brand with excellenceContributes to implement international surveys at a local level and leads local Post-Marketing Phase IV studies to gain feedback.Work with department head on KOL meetings to obtain relevant feedback to drive strategic decision makingKeeps information accurate / relevant & up to date on new methods, techniques, as well medical/scientific field provided by Pierre Fabre Head Quarters.Helps develop and monitor Sci-Comms budget and sample planning and forecast, as well as action PR/PO'sWhat we are looking for Education
APHRA Registered Pharmacist or Ph.D in Life science, preferredExperience
