About The Role...
1. Identify customer & shopper insights. Translate insights into business building opportunities within specific customers/channels.
2. Build account/channel specific Customer marketing plans to deliver category/brand objectives in conjunction with Brand Marketing Plan (IBMP) and Customer Business Plan (CBP).
3. Work with Account managers to ensure excellence in in-store activation and delivery of IBMP and CMP.
4. Work with the brand managers to deliver activation plan efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Communicate the customer’s marketing and business strategy to the brand teams.
6. Bring customer and customers’ Shopper input into Innovation program.
7. Manage total trade investments.
8. Consolidate field plans – customer input in S&OP.
9. Ensure Brand standards/Brand DNA for channels is adhered to (e.g., consistent use of brand key visuals, customer activation themes aligned with brand activation).
10. Lead execution of plans & activities including customized offerings (incl. special packs, channel specific packs).
11. Analyze the ROI of the marketing activities executed with the customer.
12. Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure stock supply level can support for promotion plan.
And The Person...
1. A degree holder in any discipline, preferably in business/marketing field.
2. Minimum 5 years relevant Customer Marketing experience.
3. Customer facing experience combined with Brand Building experience is ideal.
4. Proficiency in English and Chinese (both written & spoken).
5. A team player with good analytical and interpersonal skills.
6. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Customer Strategy & Planning Executive.
