Working as part of the Allied Health team, Physiotherapists play a crucial role in helping maintain the functional independence of our clients through the delivery of evidence-based, active interventions.Arcare Warner's Bay is a premium 110 suite residence. Physiotherapists play a crucial role in maximising residents’ function and quality of life. The Physiotherapist will be part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure a person-centred, evidence-based, continuous quality improvement work environment that is consistent with the values of Arcare.Role ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Head of Allied Health, your role is responsible for ensuring optimal level of function and independence for all clients by:Performing functional assessments on admission with periodic reviewsDeveloping tailored treatment plansDelivering therapy services in both 1:1 and group settingsAttending to referrals and post-fall reviewsManual handling trainingDocumenting treatment planning and interventionsLeading and supervising Allied Health AssistantsContributing to multi-disciplinary team meetingsTo Be SuccessfulBachelor Degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or higherRight to Work in AustraliaReady to ApplyIt really is our people and culture that set us apart, with our ongoing focus of working together as one team.
