We have an exceptional opportunity for a Compliance Coordinator to join our medical team. As a member of our medical team, you will be delivering high-quality healthcare services to children and their families.
Job Locations: Big Springs Texas, Midland Texas, and Donna Texas.
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
1. Develop internal company policies and see that they are respected.
2. Take action in dealing with noncompliance situations.
3. Conduct regular audits to identify potential weaknesses and noncompliance situations.
Requirements:
1. Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in legal studies, accounting, finance, management, business administration, economics, human resource management, or related field.
o Masters degree is preferred.
2. Certification: Must hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
o Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Ethics is preferred.
3. Experience: Minimum of three (3)+ years of current, demonstrated experience in healthcare compliance, audit, quality assurance, or related field.
4. Type of Contract: W-2 or 1099.
5. Hours per week: 40 per week (this could alter pending on operational needs).
