As the Branch Manager, you'll play a vital role in this transformation, building on your expertise in customer service and lending whilst leading a high-performing team in a positive, ever-evolving agile environment.
As the Branch Manager you will: lead and coach the retail team to deliver superior customer and service goals drive lending growth and deepen customer relationships help support and implement the digitisation of innovative banking platforms and new ways of working manage the day-to-day operations of the branch with a focus on compliance and operational excellence build strong connections with the local community, growing the BOQ Group brand identify and act on opportunities to innovate and improve branch performance About you As the Branch Manager, you will have proven experience in personal lending and financial services.
You will have leadership and coaching skills with a passion for motivating and developing teams to achieve positive growth and high performance.
You will be agile, inquisitive and frequently ask the right questions.
You will thrive in an ever-changing dynamic environment, focusing on your strong desire for providing superior customer service, operational excellence and overall business growth.
In addition to this, you will be a positive, open-minded and enthusiastic professional who is eager to bring their expertise into BOQ Group, and help accelerate the digitilisation of retail bank, whilst continuing to support our local communities to grow and prosper!
