Reporting into the Deputy CEO, we are actively seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant!About the Role:This role requires a professional who excels in managing schedules, coordinating meetings and handling confidential information with discretion.
A strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Executive Assistant to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment, where you will play a key role in supporting high-level strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-level administrative support to the Deputy CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements and correspondence handlingAct as the primary point of contact between the Deputy CEO and internal/external stakeholdersPrepare reports, presentations and briefing materials for meetingsCoordinate and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes taking, and follow-ups on action itemsManage confidential and sensitive information with discretionAssist with special projects, research and strategic initiatives as requiredLiaise with other departments and executive assistants to ensure smooth workflow and communicationHandle expense reporting and budget tracking for the Deputy CEO's teamSupport event planning and execution for corporate events, board meetings, and leadership meetingsUndertake ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned by the Deputy CEOOccasional interstate travel, for retail operation requirements (ie Roadshows)About you:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field preferredProven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite executivesExceptional organisational and time-management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business productivity toolsAbility to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and prioritise tasks effectivelyWhy Join Us:Opportunity to work with a reputable and leading retailerBe part of a collaborative and innovative team that values your expertise and inputCompetitive salary and benefits packageThese full-time positions offer the opportunity for a passionate and experienced Executive Assistant to join our newly appointed Deputy CEO.
