Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.What this opportunity involves:As a Concierge - Receptionist, you will play a key role in providing a welcoming and professional reception service within our Government Agency client buildings.An Overview of the role:Provide a welcoming and professional reception service, offering information and directions as needed.Deliver a holistic 'customer service experience' to staff and visitors.Assist with the set-up of audio-visual equipment within the Conference Centre.Support client staff and visitors/contractors during emergency situations.Notify defects issues for managed areas to the Property Help Desk.Assist staff with queries related to facilities management services and amenities.Accept, monitor, and control bookings for various facilities within the building.Provide remote concierge services, including meeting room booking and email delegation.Aid in basic administrative tasks for large conference groups.Coordinate with cleaning and catering contractors to ensure conference and meeting rooms are properly cleared and cleaned.Sounds like you?
