Be responsible for planning, profit, and contract management.Increase the profitability of the portfolio through effective price & contract management, increase zone density, and profitable use of product substitution. Drive commercialization of new business wins consistent with the agreed terms.You will also generate & convert leads through identifying customer business growth opportunities to grow sales and/or volume density.Understand, monitor, and report competitor activity and market trends. Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities ensuring all information and interactions are recorded in SalesForce CRM.You will drive improvement in the provision of products/services to customers and develop mutually rewarding relationships.Comply with BOC Safety Standards, Processes, Procedures & Regulations.What we are looking forYou hold advanced industry and product application knowledge.Hands-on experience in preparing strategic customer action plans.Science or chemistry qualification preferred.Strong understanding of price management (grow margin, pricing, and profit) and solid business acumen.Advanced presentation skills with excellent business development and influencing skills.Passionate about ongoing development to enhance technical expertise in the relevant field.What we offer you!At Linde, the sky is not the limit.
