About You Demonstrated experience of community development work at the local community level. Demonstrated ability to develop plans, education strategies, and resources. Demonstrated project management skills to identify strategic goals and work autonomously against a project plan to achieve milestones and key objectives. High-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a proven ability to effectively facilitate stakeholder relationships and achieve outcomes. Demonstrated ability to work independently and self-motivated to achieve outcomes while contributing to overarching team goals and deadlines. Highly developed analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. Previous experience working in the domestic and family violence sector is highly desired. Hold a current QLD driver's licence and Working with Children Blue Card.
